The braze alloy must melt at a temperature lower than the base materials you're joining, consider the maximum temperature the joint will experience when operational. You'll want the solidus temperature of the braze alloy to be higher than the operating temperature to ensure the joint remains functional. Enter you upper brazing temperature to remove unsuitable products.
